Saturday, February 4, 9:45-10:45 AM

Accredited for Pharmacists and Technicians

HANDOUT

For years, there’s been a buzz around the lack of engagement at work. What’s “normal” in terms of employee engagement, and more importantly, what can we all do (regardless of role) to make it better? After 2022’s Great Resignation, and the prediction of the next phase of “Quiet Quitting,” how can one person make a difference? Come with tough questions, an open mind, and a willingness to try some of the practical prescriptions we’ll discuss in this informative and engaging session. Recommended for anyone who wants to lead or work in a more satisfying workplace.
