Pharmacy Innovation Strategies During a Pandemic

Saturday, February 5, 2022 – 1:30-2:30 PM

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, pharmacy teams have added or modified their use of technology, services, and staff to provide access to vaccines, therapeutics, and testing for their patients and communities. The pandemic has taught pharmacy teams to be flexible and willing to pivot when resources are strained. Prioritizing the future is challenging, but pharmacy teams have a responsibility to utilize the data, technology, services, and relationships that have developed during the pandemic to identify unrealized opportunities to advance the profession. Learners who attend this session will be prepared to expand and transform their practice site(s) beyond the traditional dispensing model.
