Accredited for Pharmacists

Pharmacists must be ready to educate and care for transgender and gender non-conforming patients as they seek hormone affirmation. This session will offer a better understanding of medications that assist gender affirming hormone therapy and the role of pharmacists on healthcare teams caring for these patients.
