This course will explore the critical connection between personal values and overall well-being in the workplace. Learners will uncover how individual and systemic threats can impact personal well-being and they will discover strategies to mitigate these challenges. The psychological advantages of recovery experiences and how they contribute to a healthier, happier work life will further guide discussion around identifying core values and setting meaningful goals. Learners will craft a personalized well-being plan to help empower them to thrive personally and professionally.
